To strengthen our team in Hallbergmoos, we are looking for a student (m/f/d) in the In Vitro Assay Platform Department for 6 to 12 months. 

 

Your Tasks

  • Perform cell culture with regular maintenance of various cell lines
  • Cell line generation with various techniques established in house (e.g. liposomal transfection, transduction, electroporation)
  • Perform cytokine analysis of different experimental set ups using Electro-chemiluminescence based techniques
  • Perform cellular assays to screen drug candidates for immuno-oncology and respiratory programs
     

Our Requirements

  • Currently persuing Bachelor or Master Studies in the field of biology/Biotechnology/life sciences or any equivalent biological stream
  • Willing to work in a cell-based assay environment for a minimum of 6 months
  • The applicant is well-organized, team-oriented and used to work in an independent and efficient ways
  • The applicant is self-motivated and ready to take on responsibility for their own work as well as for their team
  • Experience in cell culture handling in beneficial
  • Good documentation practice is beneficial
