To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced:

Finance Support (m/f/d) - in part-time (20 hrs/week, limited to 6-12 months)

Your Tasks:

  • Support on data entry of incoming invoices according to policies and procedures
  • Send out and manage invoice approvals from budget owners and requesters
  • Prepare payment runs with written approvals and signed PO’s
  • Support on collecting business purposes and approvals for credit card transactions
  • Collecting and matching invoices and receipts to credit card transactions
  • Collecting and matching invoices and receipts to travel expense reports
  • Support on handling and collecting of internal time reports

Our Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience from accounting and payment processes
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Previous experience with Netsuite or similar ERP System an advantage
  • Proficient in Outlook and Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English
